Ultra Tile adhesives FlexJoint is Specially designed for areas where movement or vibration is likely to cause problems with grout or tiles cracking and is perfect for underfloor heating where the constant heating and cooling and expansion and contraction can cause similar problems.

Coverage
For a standard size tile of width 400mm and length 300mm with a joint width of 6mm and a joint depth of 5mm - 1 * 3kg bag will cover approx 10m2 of tiling

Ultra Tile FlexJoint grout should be applied to the surface using a rubber backed trowel or squeegee.
Work the mixed material thoroughly into the joints, a small area at a time.
Ensure that the joints are completely filled without voids before continuing.
Excess grout should be removed as grouting proceeds.
Any residue left on the face of the tile can be removed by wiping with a damp sponge when the grout has started to firm (approximately 15 mins - when using a normal ceramic tile.
On non-absorbent tiles such as porcelain, this may take up to an hour).
Any dry film remaining once the job is complete can be polished off the face of the tiles with a soft dry cloth. Finishing when the grout is not firm to the touch, may lead to joints being emptied or potential colour variations.

Avoid frost. This product must be stored clear of the ground in cool, dry conditions and protected from excessive drafts. Grout colours anthracite, chocolate or grey: if stored correctly and used within 6 months of the date shown on the bag, the activity of the reducing agent will be maintained and this product will contain, when mixed with water, no more than 0.0002% (2ppm) soluble Chromium (IV) of the total dry weight of the cement. Note: the use of this product after the end of the declared storage period may increase the risk of an allergic reaction. Unopened bags: 6 months in cool, dry conditions above 5°C and below 30°C.

How much does it cost?
As standard Underfloor Heating Direct include FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY to all UK mainland addresses (excluding, Channel Islands & Eire) on all heating products (this does not include tiling materials) Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order of underfloor heating.

How long does it take?
Underfloor heating products ordered before 2pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 6.00pm. The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal. Orders taken on Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 2pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). However, We rely upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incured by customers tradesman unable to work, please ensure you have your materials before booking in trades to fit any underfloor heating.
