12m2                     £720 inc vat

15m2                     £750 inc vat

17m2                      £800 inc vat

20m2                      £850 inc vat

22m2 to 25m2      £860 inc vat

25m2 to 30m2      £880 inc vat

30m2 plus £32 per square meter

In Association with J.E Putney and sons who  are able to offer their specialist services and amazing quality - we will be offering floor screeding over underfloor heating including specialist finishes such as  Granolithic screeds.

J.E. Putney & Sons is a very well established and highly respected family run business specialising in many forms of commercial and domestic plastering and floor screeds.

The company was established in 1956 by the late Joseph Putney and has been owned and managed by his eldest son Kevin since 1997.

We have formed a partnership in this area with Putney and Sons after working closely with them for many years in the building and property development arm of our company.  They have never needed to advertise their business, as their excellent reputation in the trade has meant that business partners have constanlty referred contacts to them.

During our working relationship we have worked with some of the biggest companies in the uk as well as hundreds of domestic customers. 

The service is simple - we quote the underfloor heating - you agreed to buy and have the heating installed and we book in the relavant trades in sequence to ensure a very quick turnaround.
