All of our underfloor heating mats and cables are tested (we do not allow batch testing) prior to packing, all mats and cables carry a specific resistance reading and serial number on the cold tail.
We have upmost confidence in the quality of our underfloor heating products that we offer a lifetime guarantee against failure of an underfloor heating mat or cable due to manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover faulty installation. The instruction booklet must be followed and the guarantee certificate must be signed and returned within 14 days of the installation, signed by the installing electrician. Your electrician must be Part P approved.
