Single room kits are ideal for combining one area of water underfloor heating (eg. living room) with a standard radiator system. Each kit is designed to cover an area in square meters when the pipe is spaced at 250mm apart. This spacing provides an output of 115w per square meter. If you require a higher output please choose a conservatory kit.

These kits feature water temperature control, beware of systems without this facility!
Our high quality pipe is PEX-AL-PEX - its high specification means that it is also WRAS approved for drinking water installations. The aluminium layer acts as an oxygen barrier, preventing the oxygen diffusion through the polymer matrix, which stops corrosion of the metal components in the system

How much does it cost?
As standard we include FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY to all UK mainland addresses (excluding, Channel Islands & Eire) on all heating products (this does not include tiling materials) Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order.

How long does it take?
Items ordered before 2pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 6.00pm. The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal. Orders taken on Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 2pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). However, We rely upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incured by customers tradesman unable to work, please ensure you have your materials before booking in any trades.
